I help women who are ready to reclaim their lives and experience healthy, genuine love after toxic relationships.
I know firsthand the confusion, self-doubt, and heartbreak that come from being tied to someone who leaves you questioning your own worth. For many of us, these relationships begin innocently, small doubts, subtle manipulations but before we realize it, we’re caught in a cycle that drains our spirit and clouds our sense of self.
My own journey was shaped by overcoming unhealthy relationships, years of self-doubt, and the exhausting cycle of trying to make everything look “perfect” on the outside while feeling trapped and worn-down on the inside.
My breaking point came when I finally realized that what I was fighting to keep wasn't love. It was something I had mistaken for love. I knew I had to break free from the cycle of pain and rebuild my life from the inside out.
After another unhealthy relationship was ending, I wrestled with questions many women in similar situations face: What is wrong with me? Why does this keep happening? Why do I keep choosing the wrong people? - I felt lost!
As a survivor of domestic violence in my earlier years, I had every intention of choosing partners more carefully. Yet here I was again, ending another unhealthy relationship, feeling ashamed, broken, and fearful about the future.
Traditional talk therapy helped me express my trauma, but over time, I still felt stuck, like something deeper was holding me back. I had dreams and goals but struggled to move forward.
Then, I discovered Polyvagal Theory and the power of nervous system regulation, and it changed everything. I learned that my body had been holding onto past trauma, not only from abusive relationships but also from childhood, keeping me in a survival loop.
This realization unlocked a new path for me. I wasn’t lost; I was simply operating from a place of deep fear and self-protection. With this understanding came a profound sense of peace, clarity, and possibility.
Today, I’m in a loving, respectful relationship where I feel safe, seen, and truly valued. But even more importantly, I understand ME better!
This journey took time, resilience, and deep self-work to break free, rediscover my strength, and rebuild a life rooted in self-compassion and clarity.
And now, I’m here to help other women who are ready to do the same.
At Soulful Rise, my mission is to guide you back to your essence, help you heal, and break the cycle of unhealthy relationships so you can open up to real, genuine love.
Together, let’s help you create a life you love. 💕
