Hi there, I'm Misty!

I know what it’s like to leave unhealthy relationships behind… and still find yourself repeating the same painful patterns in love.

You start out hopeful. You want this relationship to be different. And they are... in the beginning.

But then you start brushing things off, second-guessing your instincts, and talking yourself out of what you feel.

And it doesn't happen overnight. For me, the red flags were subtle at first, but over time, I slowly lost myself.

On the outside, I looked like I had it all together. On the inside, I was quietly disconnecting from myself.

My breaking point came after yet another unhealthy relationship ended, and I finally realized: what I was fighting to hold onto wasn't love. It was chaos I had mistaken for love.

Like so many women, I wrestled with the same haunting questions...

What's wrong with me?

Why does this keep happening?

Why do I keep choosing the wrong people?

As a survivor of domestic violence in my earlier years, I had promised myself I'd choose differently.

But despite my best intentions, I found myself stuck in the same cycle—ashamed, confused, and convinced I was the problem.

Traditional talk therapy helped me speak the truth of my trauma out loud—words I had never dared to say before. But even after years of trying to figure it out, I still felt stuck. I had self-awareness, goals, and dreams, yet something deeper was holding me back. I didn't know it at the time, but my nervous system was still protecting me—even from the connection I said I wanted.

Eventually, I realized the change I needed wasn't just about mindset. It had to begin in my body.

That understanding changed everything. I began exploring nervous system regulation, somatic work, Human Design, Gene Keys, and deeper emotional pattern work—not as labels or quick fixes, but as tools for understanding why these patterns felt so hard to break in the first place.

Each one helped me understand myself more deeply and make sense of patterns I couldn’t explain before.

And slowly, things started making sense.

That’s the work I help other women do too.

I developed the RISE Framework and the Soulful Love Path—a guided pathway to help women make sense of the survival patterns unhealthy relationships leave behind, so they can reconnect to safety, self-trust, and healthy love.

Not by forcing change.
Not through shame or pressure.
But through understanding what’s really been shaping their patterns beneath the surface.

At Soulful Rise...

I believe women deserve relationships that feel emotionally safe, grounded, and real —not the chaos and confusion we’ve been conditioned to accept.

I also believe many women are carrying survival patterns they were never taught to recognize—and those patterns can quietly shape how they experience love long after the relationship ends.

My mission is to help you make sense of what's been shaping your patterns, so you can choose love from clarity, not survival.

Because when things finally make sense, different choices become possible.

And when a woman reconnects to herself, everything begins to change.

If you’re ready to start making sense of what’s been shaping your relationship patterns, I’d love to support you.

I stopped seeing myself as broken and started understanding what my body had learned about love.

Over time, I learned how to reconnect to myself, trust my inner signals again, and recognize what safe, grounded love actually feels like.

Today, I’m in a healthy, grounded relationship, but what matters most is that I trust myself in love now.

That’s the work I help other women do too.
